I just learned about Forex in one of my college courses and I’m interested in testing my trading skill. Does anyone know a legitimate broker to start out with? Some of them seem pretty shady.

I currently have a demo account with http://www.forexmicrolot.com/ and that brokerage claims to have a $25 minimum. If anyone one knows what that could mean as far as margins I would appreciate some help with that as well. Thanks

Some brokers offer up to 400:1 leverage but you often need bigger deposits to gain that leverage. eToro offer at least 10:1 and have a at $50 initial deposit but offer up to $500 as a start up bonus. With 10:1 leverage and a $50 start up it means you will be able to trade with at least $500 straight away. I use them so know their reputable. Easy to use system so good for first time trader, highly recommended.
Hope that helps. Link to them sourced below.
